Yingkou luyuan boiler is a-class boiler manufacturers, new water tube boiler shell boiler for my company designed and developed with independent intellectual property products, since the first products in Beijing university in 1990, recognised by the social from all walks of life, won the award for the best project of national torch plan projects, the national patent technology achievement exhibition silver, ten years government invented the first prize in liaoning province, etc.
 
Introduction of the structure
The furnace adopts longitudinal arrangement of single (multiple) pot barrel, threaded smoke pipe is arranged inside the pot barrel, and the two sides of the falling pipe are supported by themselves. The convective tube bundle forms an airfoil flue. The water circulation mode is natural, and the factory mode is quick installation or semi-assembly.
 
Main features:
1, the main heating surface adopts threaded smoke tube, reasonable smoke speed, not easy to accumulate ash and high heat exchange efficiency, small boiler volume, the long-term operation efficiency is basically unchanged.
 
2, the boiler USES natural water circulation, in each circuit USES the large diameter drop tube, sets up the backwater ejector device, guaranteed each circulation loop hydrodynamic safety.
 
3. Large capacity boiler is equipped with ash falling device at the bottom, which is convenient for ash removal.
 
4, the boiler itself support, reduce the height of the boiler, save boiler room investment.
